When will the project be completed? Construction will be completed by July 2025 with a move in date of August 15, 2025. Previous new construction projects have take approximately 9 months to complete. Our most recent new construction property broke ground in October 2023 and was completed near the end of July 2024. How much parking will be available? There will be 8 parking spots located in the rear of the property.

Are any utilities included in the rent? Tenants will be responsible for all utilities.

Will there be separate water and electric meters? Yes, each unit will have its own water meter and electric meter.

What appliances are provided? The kitchen will be outfitted with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There will be a washer and dryer provided for each unit.
